The Pony System has been designed and manufactured in response to modern requirements for house construction. The system offers a variety of profiles that enables fabrication of different types of opening action and various configurations.
Use of intermediate seal of EPDM.
Use of standard aluminum fittings.
Possible powder coating in any RAL color, timber pattern decoration, etc. surface finishing methods (anodizing).
Possible installation of insulating glass units of different thickness from 4 mm to 24 mm.
Aluminum sliding system without interrupted thermal bridge.
The main advantage of all sliding systems is space saving. It is an exceptionally appropriate solution for outdoor and indoor partitions, glazing of terraces and winter gardens.

Aluminum system Altest - 530 ESCIMOS differs from the Pony System in that it has a 24-mm polyamide thermal bridge. The function of a polyamide bridge is to divide the profile into two parts in order to interrupt heat exchange, thus providing better thermal insulation.
Another advantage of this system is that it has been designed so that you can use both uniaxial and biaxial types of openings in doors and windows. The system can accept European standard fittings as well as PVC fittings that allow the system to work easily with all the well-known brands of accessories in the market.
In addition, the system consists of 3 seal gaskets - central, external and internal, with a central gasket specially designed for "530 ESCIMOS". The profiles of this system allows the usage of 20mm to 29 mm glazing, depending on the customer's desire.
In accordance with the standart DIN 1725 T1, aluminum used for the production of profiles of the system "530 ECIMOS" is AIMgSiO0, 5 F22 and meets all quality standards.

In response to the growing needs of the construction sector for improved heat and noise insulation, Altest has developed a new system of doors and windows with a thermal bridge WDS 70.
The system has the frame depth of 70 mm in accordance with the latest requirements of the European market.
It is a thermal break system with 34mm polyamide on the frame profile and 34mm for the sash.
In addition to its excellent insulation qualities WDS 70 also has an excellent design.
Frames of the system have an appearance and design corresponding to the latest architectural trends.
In recent tests of the system, the heat transfer coefficient achieved excellent results, reaching Uw = 0,91 W/m2K

Universal corners at the frames and sashes of the system - 0484S, alignement corners - Fuji 2000, Ac01 (14x1) or 5x1, hidden under the gaskets. The gaskets are universal. Profile for 90o fixed angle and for arbitrary angles are provided.
Sliding system 28 mm - S28
Width of the door sash - 28 mm, height - 61 mm and insulating glass unit - 20 mm. The system consists of a single frame and double frame, easily combined in a triple frame.
Corner 0484S is used for the frames (as with the opening system) and 0404 - for the sashes.
Alignment corner - 5x1.
The system is suitable to be combined with an opening system O38, both for opening and non-opening parts. Through the additional profile (2807) the system may use the profile for a 90o fixed angle and the profiles for rarbitrary angles from the opening system.
The height for the roller channel is 21.5 mm. Standard brushes. The system is equipped with profiles for sliding anti-insect screens, they can be used separately. Single glass my be used with profile 2808.
Thermo-break opening system 55 mm - TBO55
The profiles are provided with 24 mm polyamide, on the frame and on the sash.
The system consists of the following profiles:

The profiles are provided with 39 mm polyamide, on the frame and on the sash.

3837 glazing bead provided for 24 mm insulating glass unit, 3819 for insulating glass unit 39 mm, 3818 for insulating glass unit 42 mm, 3817 for 52 mm insulating glass unit and 3816 for 56 mm insulating glass unit.
The precise quality of the wider 39 mm polyamide combined with EPDM gasket G08 achieve better thermal insulation, water tightness and sound insulation.
